Power & Energy
Enablement
We invest in power infrastructure that enables critical digital loads--from substation adjacency to renewable integration, unlocking reliable, scalable energy access for data centers.
The Thesis
Power access has become the primary constraint for data center development. Sites with grid adjacency, dual-feed architecture, and expansion capacity command premium valuations.
We focus on locations where utility partnerships can de-risk timelines, where substations have headroom for 100MW+ loads, and where renewable energy integration is economically viable.
Our investments span power delivery infrastructure, on-site generation, energy storage, and grid connection projects that unlock stranded digital infrastructure sites.

Engineering-first approach.
Our team conducts in-house technical diligence on power delivery, grid interconnection, and energy infrastructure projects.
Grid Interconnection Studies
We perform detailed grid impact studies, working directly with utility engineers to model load flow, fault current, voltage stability, and expansion scenarios. Every project includes a comprehensive interconnection feasibility assessment.
Power Delivery Design
We design redundant power delivery systems from substation to facility, ensuring N+1 or 2N redundancy at every tier. Our designs prioritize uptime, efficiency, and scalability for phased deployments.
Renewable Energy Integration
We evaluate on-site generation, PPAs, and grid-supplied renewables based on economics, reliability, and sustainability targets. Battery storage is modeled for demand charge mitigation and grid services revenue.
Risk Mitigation
We de-risk power projects through utility LOIs, phased infrastructure investment, backup generation design, and contract structures that transfer timeline risk to experienced EPC contractors.

Redundancy Level
Located adjacent to a major transmission corridor, Keystone provides dual-feed power access with utility partnership for phased expansion. The project includes substation upgrades, transmission line extensions, and on-site renewable integration.
By securing utility LOIs early and de-risking interconnection timelines, we enabled a hyperscale data center development that would otherwise face multi-year power access delays.
