Connectivity
Infrastructure
We invest in network-dense ecosystems and connectivity infrastructure--from fiber routes to carrier-neutral facilities-- enabling low-latency, high-bandwidth digital infrastructure.
The Thesis
Connectivity is the third pillar of digital infrastructure, alongside power and compute. Sites with fiber diversity, carrier-neutral ecosystems, and cloud on-ramp proximity command premium valuations.
We focus on locations where multiple fiber routes converge, where peering and interconnection density create network effects, and where latency-sensitive workloads drive demand.
Our investments span fiber route development, carrier hotels, interconnection facilities, and edge data center locations that unlock low-latency access to cloud and content.

Engineering-first approach.
Our team conducts in-house technical diligence on network architecture, fiber routes, and interconnection infrastructure.
Fiber Route Analysis
We map fiber routes, assess diversity and redundancy, and evaluate dark fiber availability for capacity expansion. Every route is analyzed for single points of failure and geographic risk (seismic, flooding, construction).
Network Design
We design network infrastructure for high availability, low latency, and carrier diversity. Our designs include redundant uplinks, diverse routing, and scalability for bandwidth growth from 10G to 400G+.
Interconnection Strategy
We evaluate peering opportunities, cloud on-ramp options, and direct interconnection with content networks. Our strategy prioritizes low-latency paths, cost-effective bandwidth, and network effects from ecosystem density.
Operational Excellence
We build network infrastructure with monitoring, alerting, and automated failover from day one. SLA targets, uptime requirements, and performance metrics are designed into the infrastructure--not added afterward.
Metro Fiber Exchange
A carrier-neutral fiber hub connecting 12 network providers in a Tier 1 metro market.
Network Carriers
Uplink Capacity
Located at a critical fiber intersection, Metro Fiber Exchange provides carrier-neutral access to diverse network providers, cloud on-ramps, and peering ecosystems. The facility serves as a meet-me room for the regional market.
By unlocking low-latency connectivity and network density, we enabled edge data center deployments and hyperscale interconnection that would otherwise require costly fiber builds.
Let's build together.
